We are so thrilled with the success of our first Up, Up & Away and with all of the positive feedback, that it’s a no-brainer for us to make this an annual event!
‘This year, the theme is ‘Starry Night’ and we’ll take you on a journey of discovery across the universe. Tickets will be available until May 26th, so don’t delay! And just like last year, the tickets will be customized for each guest. Destination is your table.
We are so excited for this theme! Our gala committee is working to go above and beyond regarding theme and overall experience for Starry Night.
When you walk into the Grande Ballroom at Americana Conference Resort Spa & Waterpark, you will see the registration area (Mission Control) where you will check in and receive your ticket (see example above). Then you can wander over to Launch Operations to take your pre-launch photos.
We are also encouraging our guests to bring a feminine hygiene product to place into the collection bin for United Way Niagara’s Period Promise campaign. This organization does tireless work in the Niagara region and supports so many charitable organizations. The United Way Niagara is the funder for our Support Services program and we are honoured to be a part of this campaign!
We will also have a signature cocktail for the night!
When you’re ready to find your table, enter the ballroom aka the Epilepsy Niagara Space Station and you will find each table is named after various constellations. Your table is indicated on your ticket as DESTINATION. This is an example:
Our raffle prizes will be located at the Search & Recovery area (on either side of the stage) and will have an array of prizes waiting to be won!
We also have an additional element for our guests – our very own Starry Night scratch cards that have various prizes to be won with them as well!
